Welcome to RincoMed, a centralized web-based platform designed to help patients discover healthcare clinics and manage appointments, while providing participating clinics with tools for scheduling, queue management, notifications, and related administrative functions.
By creating an account, submitting a free trial application, or using RincoMed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using RincoMed, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein, including the RincoMed Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not create an account or use the RincoMed platform.

RincoMed may require verification documents before approving a clinic account or free trial application.
Doctor accounts are intended for authorized healthcare professionals associated with a participating clinic.
Doctors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of information they access or enter through RincoMed.
Doctor access may be subject to verification and approval by the clinic and/or RincoMed.
Eligible clinic users may apply for a 7-day free trial of RincoMed.
The free trial:
RincoMed reserves the right to reject or terminate a free trial application where submitted information or verification documents are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable.
After the free trial period, eligible clinic accounts may choose a paid subscription plan.
Current subscription plans are:

RincoMed may modify its subscription plans, pricing, features, or limits in the future. Changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate channels.
A paid subscription becomes active after successful payment processing and any required approval or verification.
Subscription access remains available until the applicable expiration date.
When a subscription expires, access to subscription-restricted features may be limited until the clinic renews or purchases an applicable plan.
Payments for RincoMed subscriptions may be processed through supported third-party payment services.
RincoMed does not directly store users' complete payment card or banking credentials when payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor.
Users agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to process their selected subscription payment.
Subscription purchases are subject to the applicable refund and cancellation rules communicated by RincoMed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, subscription fees may not be refundable after a subscription has been activated or used.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for an already-used subscription period.
RincoMed provides appointment scheduling functionality for participating clinics.
Appointment availability, schedules, services, and confirmation are controlled by the applicable clinic.
Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily guarantee that the appointment will be accepted or confirmed.
Users should review the appointment status displayed by RincoMed and follow any instructions provided by the clinic.
RincoMed may provide digital queue and waiting-time management features.
Queue information is dependent on information entered or updated by participating clinics and their authorized users.
Queue information may change due to clinic operations, patient arrivals, cancellations, delays, emergencies, or other circumstances.
RincoMed does not guarantee a specific waiting time.
Where enabled, RincoMed may provide tools that allow participating clinics and authorized healthcare professionals to create, view, or manage medical records.
Medical records are associated with the healthcare services provided by the applicable clinic and healthcare professionals.
RincoMed provides the technical platform for managing such information but does not determine medical diagnoses, treatments, or professional healthcare decisions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide through RincoMed is accurate and up to date.
This includes information such as:
RincoMed is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by users or participating clinics.
RincoMed may send notifications relating to:
